By trade, I am a Principle Product & Program Manager at Ingram Micro in the Global Information Technology department. In my professional career, I have successfully lead and executed project activities/phases following project management life cycle methodologies for multiple enterprise-wide endeavors (primarily focused around system integrations and custom development for customer relationship management applications (CRM), content management systems (CMS), web portal systems, and public websites). My passion lies in discovering and designing smart/simplistic solutions for complex problems. This passion translates well when designing user-interfaces (UI) and user-experiences (UX) both at work and in my personal hobby of designing/developing websites/web apps.
